Against The Plagues
Against The Plagues
AGAINST THE PLAGUES is a extreme metal act based in Chicago, Illinois. The band was formed in 2005 when two musicians from the black metal group Forest of Impaled - Varyen on drums and Adrian Adamus on guitar, decided to create their own project.
AGAINST THE PLAGUES Originally starting as a "project"and hired Swedish musician and producer Wojtek Lisicki (Lost Horizon,Luciferion) to help with arrangements and production of the first album. However, after a few months of cooperation the "project" turned in to a full time, active band with Lisicki becoming an original member and shortly before entering the studio, Orlando Logan Perez (ex VEX) joined the band as their singer and bassist to round out the lineup.
In 2007 , the band signed distribution deals with Century Media Records in U.S. and Plastic Head in Europe to release their debut album "Architecture of Oppression".
AGAINST THE PLAGUES received outstanding reviews in popular metal magazines such as BW&BK , Metal Rules, Metal Hammer, Lords of Metal, Metal Maniacs and Masterful magazine. In 2010, AGAINST THE PLAGUES signed a deal with Dutch label - Vic Records. "Architecture of Oppression" was re-mixed and re-mastered by legendary producer Dan Swano (Katatonia/Marduk/Dark Funeral/Edge of Sanity) and released the album in Europe under the new title "Decoding the Mainframe".
Shortly after "Decoding the Mainframe" came out, guitarist Adrian Adamus left the band and was replaced by Marco Martell (ex Malevolent Creation).
Just short time later , in March 2010 , AGAINST THE PLAGUES released their first official video for the track "Great are the Eyed" which was shot in Miami, FL.
In late fall 2010 the band returned to the studio and recorded 4 new songs for a promo release called "The Quaternion" which was independently released on December 21st 2012.
AGAINST THE PLAGUES immediately hit the road in U.S. to promote "The Quaternion" in March 2013 with Milo Kovacevic (ex Kommandant/Ezurate) joined the band as the bass guitarist.
After a successful string of U.S. shows the band was building steam and needed a full time. active line-up. Shaun Albro (Ebonmortis/Apothecarrion/Throne of Sacrilege) took over as vocalist and Aaron Covarrubias (Ebonmortis) and Aaron Nobles (Overbeast/Delirium) became the band's guitarists.
AGAINST THE PLAGUES went on to perform throughout the U.S. and in April 2014 landed direct support for Nile. Summer of 2014, the band began writing new songs for the upcoming album and recorded a 2 song promotional EP titled "Extermination Event" at Belle City Sounds with producer Chris Wisco (Origin/Jungle Rot/Lazarus A.D.) and Mastered by Trevor Sadler of MasterM.I.N.D. Mastering (Madonna/Nine Inch Nails,Rush)in September of 2014. AGAINST THE PLAGUES filmed 2 videos for singles "TerrorForm" and "Enblightened" directed by Bradley Scott Cinematography. The video for "TerrorForm" was independently released January 11th 2015. The band signed a record deal with Dutch label Non Serviam Records, who will release the upcoming album in the winter of 2015/2016.

Bliss of Flesh
Bliss Of Flesh
BLISS OF FLESH was born in 1999in the North of France (Calais) with Sikkardinal (guitars) and Fleshstigma (drums). A few months later, J. Poizon (bass), and Insane (guitars) joined the band. They aim at expressing their hate and disgust by the way of an intense Black death-metal without any pressure of style. The only key words are Destruction and Despair.
In 2000, Terrorizt (MERRIMACK) devoted his flesh to the band and vomited his insane lyrics during six years. With this line up, they recorded a rehearsal tape “prelude to bestial annihilation” in 2000, a pro tape recorded “Lethal ceremonies” on Akedia rekordz (2002).A split Ep with BLOODHAMMER on Primitive reaction (2004), and the Ep Todtentanz on Meurtre noir / Shades of death (2005).Each time, the criticisms were ecstatic and the band forged his live experience sharing stages with bands as: ENTHRONED, VADER, SHINING, SECRETS OF THE MOON, ANTAEUS, DARKSPACE during many gigs in Europe.
In 2006, Terrorizt goes and Necurat (ex LATRODECTUS) comes to spread his imprecation. Insane leaves also for health reasons and the band decides to use live sessions guitarists in 2007. BLISS OF FLESH releases a split EP with ANNIHILATION 666on WTC. The band is now stronger than ever and after having paid their tribute to the underground. They decide to record their first full length album.
In 2008, they sign on the German label Twilight Vertrieb Records and release their debut album “Emaciated deity”. It is hailed as one of the best Black Death metal album of the year in Europe reviews as Hard Rock, Rock Hard, Medallion and a lot of webzines.
In 2009 Taking advantage of this success, the gigs go on in Europe with: THE MONOLITH DEATHCULT, URGEHAL, DARKENED NOCTURN SLAUGHTERCULT, BENIGHTED, OTARGOS, SVART CROWN, NEGURA BUNGET, KATHARSIS, FOSCOR, SEAR BLISS, GORATH...
In 2010, after several live sessions, Pandemic (guitars) definitely joined the band and together they destroy European stages during the UNHOLY DOGMA TOUR (with GORATH and HYSTERIA). The band also shoots the music video “Emaciated deity” which will be reward as one of the best extreme music video of the year!
In 2011 and 2012, the band goes on spreading hate on stage with LOUDBLAST, TAAKE, DESTINITY… they also record their new album “Beati Paupers Spiritu” at Midnight studio (ARKHON INFAUSTUS, PHAZM…) and mastered at: Drudenhaus studio (ANOREXIA NERVOSA, SETH….). The artwork is made by: Nagash (MAYHEM, CADAVERES)
In 2013, BLISS OF FLESH sign a deal with the Dutch label: Non Serviam Records.
DARKEND stands for Extreme Ritual Art: a combination of ancient ceremonial chants mixed with arcane symphonies, nocturnal ambiences and sulphur riffs engraved on black metal patterns.
The first full-length “Assassine” (2010) quickly took the band abroad to tour throughout Europe with ROTTING CHRIST, SAMAEL, MELECHESH & KEEP OF KALESSIN, bringing on stage a unique mix of sound, theatre and occult ceremony: from esoteric epitaphs and incense burning to ghastly skulls, grave candles and dead branches, every single detail is meant to build a spiritual mist of bleakness and horror.
With rave reception by fans and critics, the second album “Grand Guignol - Book I” (2012) consolidated the band’s spot on the international metal map and allowed DARKEND to proudly embark on a long, crushing European tour supporting legendary CRADLE OF FILTH & GOD SEED.
2013 and 2014 saw the band perform at well-reputed European festivals alongside MAYHEM, IMMORTAL, MORBID ANGEL, TAAKE, SHINING, NILE, KREATOR, SODOM, INQUISITION, DESTRUCTION, BELPHEGOR and many other iconic acts. Concerning 2015, shows have already been planned for late summer and autumn together with SHINING (SWE), MARDUK and KAMPFAR.
The brand new album “The Canticle Of Shadows”, featuring some revered figures of the metal scene, is a further step towards the Abyss, taking every element to the extreme: a darker, heavier and far more intense monument than ever before.
Death Tyrant was a project of Thomas Backelin at first, running alongside with Lord Belial, but in the end of 2008 Lord Belial was put on ice and the ideas of turning the project into a real band began to take form.
Death Tyrant as a band was formed in the spring of 2009 and the positions within the band were filled very fast. Joakim Antonsson was recruited as drummer, shortly followed by his brother Dennis Antonsson to fill the spot as guitarist. Anders Backelin was the obvious and only choice as bass-player since Thomas and Anders already had a long time collaboration between them. A promo EP entitled ‘The Dark Abyss’ was recorded in the fall of 2010 in Armageddon Recordings - produced and engineered by Anders and Death Tyrant.
After this recording Death Tyrant recruited Daniel Bornstrand as a permanent singer since Thomas only did the vocals for ‘The Dark Abyss’ because there were no vocalist up for the task at the time being.
Christophe Szpajdel was requested for doing the logo and once again he achieved nothing but a masterpiece! Marcelo Vasco did the awesome front cover for ‘The Dark Abyss’ In the fall of 2012 Death Tyrant closed a deal with Non Serviam Records. Witch result in releasing the album: Opus De Tyranis - The Tyrant of Death shall arise!
From The Vastland
From The Vastland
"From the Vastland" started out as a one man project fronted by the multi talented musician "Sina". In late 2010, "From the Vastland" rised from the ashes of the Iraninan black metal band "Sorg Innkallelse" (a band with 10 album releases in 6 years). The first album of "From The Vastland" released in 2011, it was named "DARKNESS Vs. LIGHT,THE PERPETUAL BATTLE". The album was influenced by Persian history and mythology and this image remains with the band to this day - ancient, epic stories of good and evil, myths and legends combined with atmospheric, blast-beating, Old school black metal with a slight touch of Oriental influences. In 2013 "From the Vastland" signed with the Norwegian label "Indie Recordings" and released the second full length album "KAMARIKAN" in March, followed by a live performance at the Inferno Festival in Oslo the same year. Frontman Sina was joined on stage by well known musicians such as Vegar "Vyl" Larsen ( Keep of Kalessin / Gorgoroth-live ), AndrÈ "Tjalve" Kvebek ( 1349 / Pantheon I / Den Saakaldte ) and Thor Anders "Destruchtor" Myhren ( Morbid Angel / Myrkskog ). After the release of "KAMARIKAN", From the Vastland also nominated for the "Global Metal Award" as a part of MetalHammer¥s Golden Gods Award 2014.
The third album of the band recorded in the legendary Skansen Lydstudio in Trondheim, Norway in January 2014. Vegar "Vyl" Larsen and AndrÈ "Tjalve" Kvebek contributed with the drums and bass while Sina composed the songs and laid down all the vocals and guitar tracks. He was joined by Terje Olsen ( Chton / Khonsu ) as a guest vocalist for backing vocals of the album. The third full length album by "From the Vastland" will be released by Non Serviam Records during the autumn of 2014 and the epic saga continues...
Golden Dawn was formed in 1992 by Stefan Traunmüller (aka „Dreamlord“) as one-man band. The musical approach was rooted in the second wave of Black Metal but on early demo songs Golden Dawn was also inspired by Doom Metal and Bathory’s “Viking era”. The first demo called “Lullaby” was self-released in 1994 in a very low quantity, in 1995 a split-demo with the Dark Ambient side project called Apeiron was released via the French label “Impure Creations Records” (later Velvet Music). Despite the poor recording quality Golden Dawn caught the attention of Ray (Pazuzu) and Martin Schirenc (Pungent Stench, later Hollenthon), who invitied Golden Dawn to take part on the compilation album “A.B.M.S. – Norici Obsurca Pars” along with Pervertum, Trifixion, Pazuzu, Knechte des Schreckens and Vuzem (pre-Hollenthon).
The two Golden Dawn tracks on this album as well as the third demo “Way of the Sorcerer” got good critics throughout the Black Metal underground and so the recording of the debut album “The Art of Dreaming” in 1996 was the logical next step. The blend of medieval-sounding keyboards, harsh Black Metal with blast beats and high screams and some dreamy Ambient parts was very innovative at that time. The lyrics dealt with shamanism and occult philosophy. The original release of “The Art of Dreaming” (later it was re-released by Napalm Records) via Dark Matter Records is a collector’s piece nowadays. It earned a good reputation, among others it was album of the month in the French Metallian magazine. Recently “The Art of Dreaming” was honoured as a classic Black Metal milestone in the Norwegian Scream Magazine.
Unfortunately the label Dark Matter Records ceased to exist before the second Golden Dawn album “Sublimity” could be released. The recordings were already finished in 1998 but the album remained unmixed and unreleased. In 2001 Stefan Traunmüller recruited the guitarists Karim Kienzle and Sebastian Reiter for the work on the new album “Masquerade”. On “Masquerade” Golden Dawn enriched their Black Metal style with influences from Power and Gothic Metal, the album was released by Napalm Records. The drums were played by Moritz Neuner, well-known from bands like Dornenreich, Graveworm or Abigor.
After the release the line-up split up and Golden Dawn continued as a solo project. The collaboration with Jasper Werhahn and Fabian Ziegler from the progressive Black Metal band Atrorum led to a new album that was already pre-produced but was rejected by Napalm Records, who had already grown to a big, commercial label. Being bored by the Metal scene and unwilling to write more melodic or even Gothic-styled songs Stefan Traunmüller decided not to follow that commercial direction with Golden Dawn. He concentrated on setting up his own recording studio “Soundtempel Studio” and started to produce several Metal bands, including the Norwegian Black Metal project Wallachia and the Austrian Pagan Metal band Bifröst.
After several years of very little work on Golden Dawn the new album “Return to Provenance” took shape in 2009. The whole music and lyrics were written by Stefan Traunmüller within only 3 months, intendedly without too much melodic or experimental songwriting. “Return to Provenance” sounds pure, energetic and melancholic, without being too polished. Golden Dawn does not want to keep track with the commercialized fast-food Metal scene, therefore the offer from the small but dedicated label Non Serviam Records to release “Return to Provenance” was accepted with pleasure.
Grief of Emerald
Grief of Emerald
Originally formed under the name of MANDATORY back in 90, a band called EMERALD was given birth after Johnny (ex DECAMERON, ODERU) and Anders (ex NECROFEAST) gathered forces and skipped the gore themes formerly approached in their prior lyrics to a more thoughtful mystical concept. Eventually, Robert (ex ODERU) added the epic feeling with his keyboards in 94. Then, the name of GRIEF OF EMERALD became more fitting to the bands improved style. Drummer Dennis filled in to smash the skins and this line-up completed a demo, entitled The Beginning which resulted on CD on the Scottish label DEVIATION/SPELLCAST. In September 96 the band went on recording their debut full-length album Signs of a stormy past which, due to some delays, never saw the light of the day. Then followed the departure of Dennis who quickly got replaced by a new ultra-tight beat master: Fredrik.
GRIEF OF EMERALD signed a multi-album deal with LISTENABLE. They re-recorded the album with this new line-up, and increased the power by adding some new intricate songs. By their boasting harmonies with haunting keyboards, tight double-bass drumming backed by a thick guitar sound and haunting vocals, plus superb packaging, GRIEF OF EMERALD strayed away from the usual light-sounding Scandinavian black/death metal .And with this original sound recorded: Nightspawn (1998) Malformed seed (2000) Christian Termination (2002). Examples of Shows GOE have done and bands they have played with are: Wave Gothic treffen" in Germany (Leipzig) and the "Party San Open Air Festival" (also Germany) Gigs with IMMORTAL, MARDUK, NECROPHOBIC, DEFLESHED, Christ Crushing Tour with SKYFORGER, SEAR BLISS, BESTIAL MOCKERY, OBTEST.
After the last tour (Christ Crushing Tour) Grief of Emerald was confronted with line up problems ones again when the bass player and the guitarist left the band. The band fell into a slumber as they tried to find competent musicians to work with, some local shows where done to try out new members but not until 2008 the line up was complete again and the plans of a new record was spawned. A demo called ”Holocaust” was made as well as some live shows around Sweden to attract record companies and after careful consideration a deal was made with NON SERVIAN RECORDS(NSR). A full length album is now recorded containing remakes of three old songs as well as four new tracks. The album will be called”The devil’s deep” and is planed for release in the summer of 2011.
GRIFFAR: a black metal band from Paris (France) was formed back in 1997 by Drakhian (BLACK DEMENTIA, FORNICATION, LOUDBLAST and session guitarist for TAAKE during their 2001 Unholy Metal Crusade tour in Germany), Hellskrim (Vocals), Maldoror (Drums) and Krakken (bass guitar).
In 2000, the band released it’s first demo tape called "Of Witches and Celts" which was self-produced and recorded at the MusicLive studios. This demo received a very good response from the underground scene due to the melodic, but yet aggressive music GRIFFAR provides. Distributors and magazines compared GRIFFAR to the Scandinavian scene and especially with bands such as DISSECTION. Thanks to GRIFFAR’s great amount of contacts, the band distributed more than 800 copies of it’s first demo-tape.
In 2002, the Greek label ISO666 offered GRIFFAR to re-issue "Of Witches and Celts" on CD; the album came out with a complete new layout at June. The first 1000 copies were sold quickly through many distributors worldwide, therefore ISO666 asked GRIFFAR’s permission to release another 1000 copies.
During 2005 Drakhian and Hellskrim decided to reactivate the band, after several years of silence, by recruiting Alsvid (ex-SETH, ENTHRONED, FORNICATION, CODE) on drums. GRIFFAR started to compose new songs and rehearse in Bordeaux with session musicians for upcoming concerts, including a performance at the third edition of the Black Metal is Rising festival.
In 2007, GRIFFAR recorded their first complete album “MONASTERY” at the Winterized Studios in Toulouse. Unfortunately, due to several circumstances, it took another 4 years to find a record company to release this album.
Now in 2011 GRIFFAR is very proud to finally announce the official release of this “MONASTERY” album with the help of NON SERVIAM RECORDS. The wait is over: fear the return of GRIFFAR’s majestic, intense and excellent atmospheric melodic black metal.
Early in 2010 Filip Danielsson (vocals) and Oscar Krumlinde (drums) were planning to form a musical project that was set to explore the brutality of the extreme metal scene. In september that same year the band’s first lineup came together with Sebastian Wedholm (guitar), Pedram Khatibi Shahidi (guitar) and Roni Iivonen (bass) to release the first demo called "Necrosis" in 2011 under the name "In Reverence".
The sound that came to life was a fusion of deathcore and deathmetal with an atmospheric touch. Feeling uneasy with the sound being a touch of deathcore, Roni Iivonen soon decided to leave the band after the demo. He was replaced by Dennis Morgun for the recording of the bands next release: the debut EP named "Hallucination" that the band released by themselves in 2012 with a sound similar to that of the demo.
A year after the "Hallucination" EP, the band started fragmenting yet again. Dennis and Sebastian left the band and the three remaining; Pedram, Oscar and Filip decided it was in the bands best interest to change the musical direction to a more death metal oriented style. Thus it was decided and Pedram took on the new role as songwriter and lyricist for the next release.
It was set to be the debut full-length album named "The Selected Breed" which was recorded at Wing Studios by the hands of the mighty Sverker Widgren (DIABOLICAL, DEMONICAL, CENTINEX).
Pedram Khatibi Shahidi: Guitars, Oriental instruments, Lyrics
Filip Danielsson: Vocals
Oscar Krumlinde: Drums
Joakim Antman: Session bass
This line-up came to mark a complete rebirth and restart of In Reverence. Combining dissonant guitars, heavy death metal riffs, mystical melodies, oriental instruments and apocalyptic lyrics together with the old familiar atmospheric touch in a 9 song album, “The Selected Breed” would become the new face of In Reverence.
This time it took the face of a much more aggressive and energetic band than ever before with a newfound drive to push it beyond.
This all was completed by Billy Lundevall and Patrik Tegnander who did an excellent job for the artwork and layout for “The Selected Breed” and Sandra Thulin Photography who did an awesome job with the band pictures.
This 4-piece death metal band ensures neck pain, tinnitus and spontaneous sweating.
These are the first physical signs once struck by this German Blitzkrieg. Strongly harsh guitar rhythms are repeatedly weaved with catchy leads and combined with both German and English lyrical themes. With flexible song structures, powerful vocals and groovy bass guitars Invoker are putting their musical virus into your ears.
Once infected the whipping and pounding drums will control your bloodstream and drive you into music(k)al madness. Invoker have bred their own extreme disease out of both death and black metal bacteria.
In 2012 started the recording to their debut album "A New Age", which was published in 2013, with support from the label Godeater Records. The lyrical concept of the album refers to the subject of death with its infinite faces. This album was sold by BretHard Records and Godeater Records.
The band promoted the album by doing a lot of live performances, including the Under The Black Sun Festival. Invoker performed with bands like Inquisition Melechesh, Koldbrann, VON, Alchemyst and Eisregen.
In January 2014 Invoker plays their first headlining tour in Switzerland. Concerts in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany followed.
In 2015 Invoker started the recording of the second album "Aeon", where Florian Jäntsch was recruited as bass player. Musically the band is experiencing a change.
The layout for the album "Aeon" was designed by Misanthropic-Art Illustrations. (Deserted Fear, Craft and Secrets Of The Moon). The layout refers to the ideas and the musical concept of the band.
"INVOKER - AEON" new album will be released on Non Serviam Records.
Get ready to get invoker-fected!!
Nazghor emerged on a dark winter night in November 2012 from the unholy city of Uppsala in Sweden.
This legion of pure dedication for the dark teachings began their path to filthiness and masses of impurity. Bringing a pure, raw but yet melodic black metal of death. Nazghor became one of the fastest growing underground bands in the country.
This satanic compilation wandered the stages of underground clubs in different cities just 3 months after its inception. Taking part in the horde of one of the Swedish bands that brings the music closer to Satanism in form of a darker, ceremonial, and ritualistic show. Nazghor as an order is a compilation of soldiers who wanders the tunnels of this world in a mission that unchains the pawns from the white light. The dark message of Tartaros is delivered by words that shroud the starry skies.
The vocal deliverer is Nekhrid. He met the master of dark tones Armageddor for one purpose and one purpose only. They exchanged ideas, musical terms and directions. Thus Nazghor was born. One unknown soldier where recruited and the first message was written.
This unknown member of the order is still committed to the progression of the hymns that salute the dark master, thou he is not a member of the inner circle that makes the live rituals. A few soldiers has praised with the order but within time wandered another course. Angst was recruited of the ashes of an old group of dedicators, and later on Crowlech joined the legion.
Neolith is a Death/Black metal band from Poland. Neolith’s music could originally be characterized as Death/Doom metal, and later evolved into brutal and dark Death/Black metal with some Thrash metal elements.
Neolith’s beginnings date back to 1991. Their debut album "Igne Natura Renovabitur Integra" (“INRI”) was recorded in 1998 in the Manek Studio (produced by Arek "Malta" Malczewski; Behemoth, Decapitated, Azarath), and was released by Dogma Rec. “INRI” received enthusiastic reviews in the press worldwide, and Neolith subsequently played several concerts in Poland and abroad. The readers of Horna magazine voted the album one of the most important albums in the history of the Polish metal.
Following the release, Neolith’s line up changed and the band started working on the next album, “Immortal“, which was also recorded at the Manek Studio. The material on “Immortal” differed significantly from earlier recordings – it was more brutal and darker, with highly noticeable progressive and technical elements. Following the release of “Immortal” by Flaming Arts Rec. in 2004, Neolith played, among others, tours with Behemoth, Devilyn, Diamanthian, and Maple Cross (Finland), and played on festivals such as Metalmania, Metal Head's Mission (Crimea/Ukraine), Jalometalli (Finland), and Merciless East.
On February 18, 2008, the band’s drummer Fil tragically died. Shortly thereafter, Neolith returned to the studio (Screw Factory) to record “Individual Infernal Idimmu“ with producer Jan Bryt (Vader, Destruction). This new album was released by Psycho Rec. in 2010, and again received very positive reviews. Following the release, the band played a number of concerts, including a tour with Svart Crown (France).
In 2013/2014 Neolith recorded the new album “IZI.IM.KURNU-KI“ (English: “Fire. Wind. Hell“). The album was recorded in three studios and mastered in the Zed Studio by Tomasz Zalewski. The new album will be released by Non Serviam Records in early 2015.
Neolith has a lot of experience playing live, and has played, among others, with bands such as Morbid Angel, Krisiun, Vader, Behemoth, Kat, Lux Occulta, TSA, Moonspell, Hate, Devilyn, Svart Crown, Corruption, Krabathor, Christ Agony, Azarath, Decapitated, Trauma, Disastrous Murmur, Dead Infection, and Pungent Stench.
Formed in late 2002 and hailing from the city of Oslo in Norway, Pantheon I is an extreme metal band that combines brutality, aggression and speed with heart-wrenching melancholy. Rather than resorting to the use of synths with string samples, the symphonic aspects of their music are highlighted by the use of the cello. The current, and very sensual, line-up is composed of KVEBEK on guitar and vocals (DEN SAAKALDTE, ex-1349), SAGSTAD on guitar (TROLLFEST, SARKOM), T.R.S. on bass (1349, DEN SAAKALDTE), MADS G on drums (THE ALL SEEING I, ZEENON), and LIVE JULIANNE on cello.
PANTHEON I’s 2003 demo received an excellent response from the metal underground, and was followed by a DIY style 7” in 2004. “Atrocity Divine”, the first full length was released, or should we say “hijacked” by a Japanese underground label. The band themselves don’t even own copies of this album, since the smartass label more or less disappeared, but every once in a while a copy will turn up at concession stands at festivals.
In 2007 PANTHEON I signed to Candlelight Records, and released their second full-length album, “The Wanderer And His Shadow”. The album was released in both the USA and Europe, and received great reviews. Following the release of “The Wanderer And His Shadow”, PANTHEON I focused on taking their fast and brutal music directly to the masses, playing outside of Norway for the first time when they accompanied MAYHEM as the main support band for 8 gigs in France. Since then they have played several one-off gigs, including the Interregnum festival in Germany, and the Jalometalli Festival (with SATYRICON, MAYHEM etc.) in Oulu, Finland. In October 2008 Pantheon I headlined their first tour abroad with a 4 gig mini-tour in Finland.
2009 has been an eventful year for PANTEHON I. In January they toured Finland as main support for KEEP OF KALESSIN on a 4-gig tour - which felt like a 4-month tour due to excessive drinking, hotel refurnishing and other drunken games, not to mention man-love on a high level. The week after returning home the band recorded the song “I’ll Come Back As Fire”, which features in the American horror film “Someone’s Knocking At The Door”. They also appeared at the Inferno Festival in Oslo, and wrote and recorded their third full-length album “Worlds I Create” released by Candlelight in July. The motivation behind writing this album? Quite simply to give every religious believer a kick in the groins, and every lover of extreme and melancholic metal a huge boner. After years of silence Pantheon I will rise from the old ashes of our former past. Celebrating the decade of chaos, solace and relentless melancholy. Pantheon I will release a compilation of unreleased songs that reaches from the first demo to the latest recording that is merely a taste of what to expect from the upcoming full-length album. Pantheon I have signed a deal with Non Serviam Records to release this collection of old and new demons upon the world.
Stay Metal. PANTHEON I.
RIMFROST start out in summer 2002, when 14 years old singer and guitarist Hravn joins forces with drummer Throllv of same age under the name MÖRKRETS FURSTAR (“Lords of Darkness”) in the Swedish town Hagfors. In October 2002 they record a first demo on a four-channel MD4 and the result is self-titled to “Mörkrets Furstar”. After playing primitive Black Metal and exclusively using Swedish lyrics, the band changes its name to RIMFROST and a more technical style just one year later.
In these early years the members of the band are still a bunch of school kids, but driven by a strong will and burning desire to play Black Metal. Their first demo under the name RIMFROST is recorded in the year 2003 in the Hairy Bones Studios in Karlstad. “Unredeemed Demons” features English lyrics and is released in only ten copies although the booklet states fifteen. Spending most of their time in the rehearsal room Hravn and Throllv quickly progress in their abilities as Musicians and songwriters. One year later the band is getting serious. Joined by bassist Frozthirw they enter the Black Lounge Studios in Avesta to recorded new demo songs with producer Jonas Kjellgren and the declared aim to acquire a record deal. These demo recordings become known under the title “Winds of Hostility” (2005), but are never published. There is immediate interest, but the labels ask for another song. RIMFROST return to Avesta and accordingly record “At the Mighty Halls They’ll Walk”.
RIMFROST receive a good offer and the members being young quickly sign a deal. The signing includes one EP and two albums. The Swedes release three of their demo songs as an MCD in December 2005. “A Journey to a Greater End”. The first reactions are enthusiastic and RIMFROST get chosen out of hundreds of contenders to perform at the prestigious Inferno Festival in Oslo, Easter 2006. The Swedes’ performance is greeted by fans and press alike as one of the very coolest newcomers this year and introduces them to an international audience.
All seems bright, while RIMFROST prepare for their debut album, but during the rehearsals Hravn and Throllv decide to part ways with Frozthirw. As a new bassist the duo recruits Beuwolf, who has already performed with them as a live guitarist and shares the other members’ visions on musical expression and professionalism of performance. During six days in August 2006 RIMFROST return to the Black Lounge Studios to produce their debut album with Jonas Kjellgren once again. “A Frozen World Unknown” is released on the 28th of October 28th the same year. Although the album is received with critical acclaim, dark clouds are now gathering on the horizon. The band discovers that it has serious disagreements with its label and Throllv moves from Hagfors to Borås. The long distance between the members as well as the search for a new label after the band decides to quit their previous deal effectively put all activities on hold.
In January 2008 Hravn follows Throllv to Borås and RIMFROST is infused with new live. After extensive rehearsals and writing new material the band signs a new deal with Season of Mist out of several interesting offers. After almost a year of preparation it becomes clear that now Beuwolf lives at too great a distance to continue playing in RIMFROST. Both sides conclude with regrets to part ways as friends for the time being, but Beuwolf continues to assist the main duo in its song-writing and will hopefully join the band again as a guest musician in future.
Without a permanent bass-player in the band, Peter Laustsen (Nox Aurea, ex-The Cold Existence) takes over those duties as a session-member and plucks all thick strings during the recording of “Veraldar Nagli”. RIMFROST’s second album is brought to perfection in Sonic Train Studios with renowned producer Andy La Rocque (King Diamond) heading the proceedings and assisted by Peter Laustsen as well as the band. With the second album released, “Veraldar Nagli” on November 16th, 2009 (January 12th, 2010 in the USA) a new chapter in the saga of RIMFROST starts, however, even if received with great words from fans around the world, there is not much happening in the RIMFROST camp. Only two shows is done to support this album and then the band ends up in a coma.
RIMFROST main demons, Hravn and Throllv, starts working on new music, but there is something missing, and on top on that the band decides to part ways with session bassist Peter Laustsen in the fall of 2011. The band has set it sights on a new bass player, even if first declining the offer to join, B.C joins the band in early 2012, soon after follows the first "music-video" of RIMFROST with a brand new song for the masses “Witches Hammer” is released and the band starts to breath again.
From the video on, the band starts more forceful to work on new songs to complete a new studio album. During this period the band also did a few gigs to get the new line-up in perfect balance. Starting with it`s first appearance in Germany ever, the band plays in Hamburg on “Metal Days” in September of 2012, then back to work on the album until it reaks of grim RIMFROST tunes, this taking a good time, to make sure its perfect, then to do shows again in 2014 in both Sweden and in Germany.
In early 2015, it is finally time to hit the recording button, the new album gets recorded and in mid 2015 the band starts the search for a new label to put this out. The band names the new recorded fittingly, “RIMFROST”. Taking a while to choose the mixing partner, the band finds the label to put this new beast out, “NON SERVIAM RECORDS”, and inks a deal in October. The mixing partner is soon after chosen and the mixing started on 23d of November 2015.
The third album of RIMFROST will strike down everything in its path on (insert release date) and make sure to show that RIMFROST is neither dead nor decaying, but stronger then ever! This is RIMFROST in every inch of sound, words and art! So behold the kings, and make sure not to miss out on this album!

Stortregn is a Black/Death metal band formed in Switzerland in 2005. After recording their first demo in 2007, they recorded Devoured By Oblivion, their first EP, which garnered a lot of attention and positive reviews.
In autumn 2010, having toured Cuba, Stortregn recorded their first album, Uncreation, which was released in June 2011 under Great Dane Records (FR). The release of the second album, Evocation Of Light, by Great Dane Records (FR) and Apocalyptic Art (GER) in September 2013, was followed by an Eastern European tour and a French tour in 2014. In 2015, they played at Wacken Festival, as finalists of the Wacken Metal Battle Switzerland.
While they started by taking influence of the Nordic Black Metal scene, they are expanding their vision and sound into a more contemporary era. Greatly appreciated for their music, even more so for their live shows, consisting of a mix of pig’s blood, charging riffs and blast beats, delivered with a relentless energy. With nearly 100 gigs including 3 tours (Cuba , Eastern countries and France), Stortregn has become inevitable in the world of Swiss black/death metal.
After many changes, the formation has stabilised and the current line-up consists of Romain Negro on vocals and guitar, Johan Smith on lead guitars, Duran Bathija on bass guitar and Samuel Jakubec on drums.
With their new upcoming album “Singularity”, which includes prestigious guests apparances and the artistic mastery of Juanjo Castellano, the band brings back the agressiveness into the metal world.
TEMPLE, the most uncompromising death metal project from the Netherlands.
A.J. van Drenth, guitars and vocals, composer of both music and lyrics started TEMPLE with Eric de Windt, high energy blast beat drums creating uncompromising brutal death metal with a sinister atmosphere. A.J. and Eric, the constructors of TEMPLE recorded the album “Structures in Chaos”, assisted by some well-known Dutch metal musicians; Michiel Dekker (The Monolith Deathcult) – Bass and Stephan Gebedi (Hail of Bullets) - horrifying screams. The great long blond haired vox Marloes (Izegrim) did some amazing "black metal witch vokills” on the tracks "The Algol Planet" and "Rituals of Marduk".
A lyrical concept dedicated to universal chaos, and those who walked the earth once before, the Gods and Architects of all. Experience a journey through twisted corridors with the sound of TEMPLE from their walls. TEMPLE did one live show, the famous and insane Stonehenge Fest 2013 in The Netherlands. A great response for a first time appearance. The show and rehearsals where assisted by Jessica (Dictated) on guitar, former Sinister bass player Bas van den Bogaard and with vocals from out of space, Kevin, the alien of new Dutch promising band Apophys. There are no more TEMPLE shows planned so far, due concentration on next recordings. Bas is next to Eric and A.J. the 3rd bass sound on the upcoming album.
A new TEMPLE record is in creation status. A.J. withdraw himself for some time to Slaughterville to write, arrange and create a complete new full album. Musically you'll find some influences of black metal through epic technical and above all, the most relentless, uncompromising Death Metal the TEMPLE way!

Back in a greyish 2014, a new band emerged from a vision.
Guitarist Rydsheim and bass player Borka (both ex-Åskfödd) joined forces with the drummer Johtun. After setting down the main foundation of ideas for the band they recruited the singer Nine (Withershin) who had the ferociousness they were looking for. Guitarist Nox (Withershin, ex-Pray for Locust) later completed the lineup of WORMWOOD.
Together they proceeded to forge a unique sound that evolved into a mix of atmospheric and grim black metal with ancient Scandinavian melodies.
In 2015 WORMWOOD released the EP: “The Void – Stories From the Whispering Well”
A frantic year of gigs and a tour to promote the aforementioned EP went by. The time had come for WORMWOOD to finalize and record their full-length album.
With the skilled Sverker Widgren of Wing Studios at the wheel of production, the grand opus was completed and named: “Ghostlands – Wounds From a Bleeding Earth”
An album inspired by the unrelenting Scandinavian north, the vast and mystical space and old folk tales. An ethereal cascade perfectly blended together to form a unique soundscape.
Alongside working on the album WORMWOOD, together with director/editor Isak Skagerström (Sound & Vision Studio), released a highly successful music video: “Godless Serenade”
The video itself was inspired by man's inner trials and tribulations.
In the fall of 2016 WORMWOOD signed a deal with the Dutch label: Non Serviam Records.
Now is the time of WORMWOOD. “We are the wounds from a bleeding earth”
Symphonic Extreme Metal band based in Stockholm - founded and led by multi-instrumental mastermind and songwriter Zorn.
After parting ways with his former band Dark Funeral, he was determined to shake up the traditional Metal meets Symphony approach with his new band Zornheym. Zornheym quickly grew from an ambitious idea into a dramatic musical and cinematic narrative revolving around the horrors of a mental institution and its prisoners.
Inspiration drawn from icons such as Dissection, Dimmu Borgir and King Diamond is paired with real string orchestration and a powerful full choir. Every song on the debut album will have a visual accompaniment in the form of short graphic stories with further exploration of the themes as short films in place of the standard approach to music videos.
The line-up is completed by Facebreaker's Bendler on vocals, guitarist and musical arranger Scucca, and Diabolical drummer Angst. The debut album has been recorded at Wing Studios by Sverker Widgren, renowned veteran of sound engineering on the Scandinavian extreme metal scene (October Tide, Demonical, IXXI, Diabolical)
